Newly Appointed Chinese Ambassador to the UAE, H.E.Zeng Jixin, Sees Off Compatriots Returning Home at Airport

On March 7, 2026, newly appointed Chinese Ambassador to the UAE, H.E.Zeng Jixin, went to Dubai International Airport to see off stranded Chinese boarding the first additional flight back to China.Consul GeneralH.E.Ou Boqian also participated.

Ambassador Zeng stated that theCentral Committee of the Chinese Communist Party is deeply concerned about the safety ofoverseas Chinese abroad. In recent days, in accordance with the arrangements of theCentral Committee of the Chinese Communist Party, varioussectors of the Chinese government, Embassies and Consulates have been working tirelessly to coordinate flights between China and other countries to assist stranded Chinese passengers in returning home, and to provide necessary assistance during their stay abroad. The Chinese government is continuing to urgently coordinate and dispatch more flights to orderly bring back Chinese citizens stranded in Middle Eastern countries.
