On March 7, 2026, newly appointed Chinese Ambassador to the UAE, H.E.Zeng Jixin, arrived in the UAE to assume his post. Representatives from the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and senior diplomats from the Chinese Embassy in the UAE greeted him at the airport.

H.E. Zeng Jixin stated that he was honored to serve as the 12th Chinese Ambassador to the UAE. Under the strategic guidance of the two heads of state, China-UAE relations are currently at their best historical period, with gradually enhancing strategic mutual trust and cooperation in various fields at the forefront of the times. He expressed his willingness to work hand in hand with friends from all sectors of the UAE to fully implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state, consolidate political mutual trust, promote mutually beneficial cooperation, continue traditional friendship, and jointly promote the China-UAE comprehensive strategic partnership to a higher level.

Ambassador Zeng said that the regional situation is rapidly evolving, and the motherland cares about every compatriot in the UAE. His arrival in the UAE at this critical moment is to overcome difficulties along with everyone. The motherland will always be everyone's strongest support, and the Embassy and Consulates will always be safe harbors for all Chinese.
